Housewarming

Ariel Park is a successful business consultant living in the Most Haunted City in America - which would be fine if he weren't a magnet for every slack-jawed, drooling, ectoplasmic freeloader holding a grudge against anything with a pulse! It's the first day in Ariel's new apartment, and Spencer senses something is seriously wrong. It's up to them to figure it out, but it's not long before they end up in way over their heads and in serious trouble!

'Housewarming' is the first story set in the Haunted City, starring Ariel Park (a hard-drinking fatalist expert on the supernatural) and his best friend Spencer (a medium with no control over her powers).
